Miracle Garden, to Close the Trip 🌺

Dubai Miracle Garden wasn’t part of the plan.

It came together last minute…Plan B, chosen quickly, without much expectation. And sometimes those are the ones that land best.

After a week of heat, movement, and big moments, Miracle Garden felt unexpectedly gentle. Color everywhere. Flowers arranged with intention and imagination. Arches and pathways that invited wandering instead of rushing.

We slowed down. Took pictures. Let the brightness do its work. It wasn’t something to conquer or check off, just something to take in.

As a way to close the trip, it fit better than I would’ve guessed. Not subtle. Not quiet. But joyful and complete in its own way.

A reminder that not every ending needs to be planned to be right.

Sometimes the best closing comes from choosing what’s available and letting it be enough.

And with that, the trip came to a close.

It was our last day in Dubai, and we started with a plan. We were supposed to take in the view from the best place to see The Palm: The View at The Palm. Tickets in hand, until they were canceled at the last minute. A disappointment, for sure. But it was also a reminder…

After spending time in Dubai, one thing became clear. Connection matters. Engaging with people. Serving people. Giving someone your full attention while you’re with them. It’s travel day. A late night followed by an early morning. Today only feels manageable because we know where we’re headed. Months of preparation have finally led to this moment…right here. • Museum of the Future

A late night, then an early start. Only three hours of sleep…but we had to move. Our tickets were timed, already purchased, and there was no flexibility. We chose skip-the-line access to beat the crowds, and it was absolutely the best call. The museum fills up quickly, and arriving early made a big difference. Some…
